To enable you to access the beach to the best of the pulling power available with this trike, you will also need fat beach tyre wheels, as pictured below, to keep your wheelchair on top of the sand, a supplier is linked here.
Due to the extremely heavy weight of this trike, we could only recommend it to people who either live close enough to connect to it and ‘drive’ it to their destination or who have a WAV, it is definitely not a trike to just ‘pick up’ and pop in your boot 🙂
The Q-Beach comes with a 1-year UK warranty and a choice of connectors for either rigid or folding wheelchairs.
Even after your warranty expires, we can service and repair your unit.
Price of the Q-Beach: £2,400
Unless otherwise stated, all our add-ons are not kept in stock but built to order, taking about ten days, once we have collected orders for ten (the minimum quantity to deal with the manufacturer at the discounted prices) and then sent via container ship, which takes about 40 days, so yes, a bit of a wait for you, but this method is what enables us to give you such affordable prices and once with you, you get a 1-year warranty with us here in the UK and we carry a selection of spares.
We occasionally have stock for sale, usually flown home so more expensive than the ‘slowboat’ price.
We occasionally have demo stock for sale at a discounted price but still with a 1-year warranty.
